Opportunity

Join our Tax Insight programme and learn how to work collaboratively with organisations of all shapes and sizes, helping them navigate complex tax policy landscapes and remain compliant with regulation by paying the correct tax at the correct time.

Target Audience

This programme is tailored for students who have a disability or long‑term condition. Disability covers a broad range of conditions, visible and non‑visible, including but not limited to autism spectrum conditions, ADHD, cancer, cerebral palsy, depression and other mental health conditions, diabetes, dyslexia, dyspraxia, hearing impairments, HIV, IBS, limb loss, lupus, ME, MS, spinal column injury, stroke and visual impairments. These conditions must have a long‑term and substantial effect on daily activities.

Programme Overview

During your Insight experience you'll meet people from our Tax teams and explore why KPMG is an inspiring place to work. Over three days you'll network with colleagues, learn what we do and see the meaningful difference we make to businesses and communities.

Eligibility

Programme is offered to students in their penultimate year of university who have a disability or long‑term health condition and who are committed to the same location and business area as the Talent Insight Programme they complete.

Programme Length

3 days (24‑26 June 2026)

Entry Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs at A*–C or 4–9 (including English Language and Maths at B or 5), or for Scotland 5 National 5 qualifications at A–C (including English Language and Maths at B or equivalent)
  • 120 UCAS points from the top 3 grades (excluding General Studies under the 2017 tariff) or at Higher/Advanced Higher Level for Scotland
  • On track to achieve a 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline

Additional Information

This is a paid Insight programme. Successful applicants will be paid a living wage salary during the 3 days.
