Finance Graduate Scheme 2026 in Manchester

Overview

We’re looking for outstanding graduates to join our 3‑year finance development programme. Rotate through business partnering, FP&A, and transactional finance across our manufacturing sites and headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Drive business performance by providing insightful financial analysis across marketing, commercial, international, procurement, manufacturing and logistics.
• Participate in three structured, one‑year placements covering operating segments and shared services centres.
• Support the managing of financial control and collaboration with senior leaders to deliver data‑driven decisions.
• Attend off‑job training and receive mentoring throughout the scheme.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths or Engineering (not essential).
• Legal right to work in the UK from the start date.
• Willingness to travel and relocate within the UK.
• Commitment to pursue an industry‑recognised finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA).
