Embark on an exciting journey as a Rooms Revenue Graduate! You’ll dive into the essentials of both the Front Office and Reservations Departments, becoming a true expert in the Guest Booking Journey and mastering the key service touchpoints along the way. Collaborating closely with the Reservations/Revenue Manager, you’ll gain invaluable insights into your property’s diverse booking channels, business mix, commercial strategies, and Room Key Performance Indicators.
