Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the project team to support the delivery of project objectives in alignment with the Project Plan
- Partnering with relevant stakeholders and really contributing to risk management and mitigation strategies
- Assisting in tracking project changes and ensuring they are processed and formalised within agreed timeframes
- Gathering information and conducting research as required
- Updating and managing existing project plans, processes, and procedures to support successful project delivery under guidance
- Working effectively as part of a multi‑disciplinary team
You will also work towards gaining professional membership of a professional association, fully funded and supported by us. Depending on your existing qualifications and your career goals, options include the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), the Association for Project Management (APM), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), or the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).

About You
- A future or recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher in any subject
- 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications)
- Given the nature of our work, adaptability is key. Our projects and clients are based in various locations, so you should be prepared to travel frequently to different project sites or Mace Consult offices.
- A positive and adaptable approach to travel is therefore essential, as it may be a regular part of your role.
