This is a newly created role for a HR Graduate to join the HR team at Thames Hospice, which will be an integral part of an established People Services team. This is an exciting time to join as we expand and develop our People and Organisational development offering.

Qualifications Required

  • To be considered for the position, you will hold a degree in Business Studies, Human Resources, or Psychology at 2:1 or above, and bring evidence of extra-curricular achievements.

External Qualifications

  • You will also have the ambition to pursue your CIPD qualification at Level 5 or Level 7, and we will discuss study leave and financial support with the successful candidate to help you achieve this.

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will work in a varied role supporting departments across the business, so a confident can-do attitude is essential.
  • We are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively possessing excellent organisational and communication skills.
