About The Role
As a Trainee, you will support the legal team that advises on trading, clearing, and prime brokerage activities. Working under the supervision of qualified lawyers, you will assist with legal documentation, research, and day‑to‑day legal support, while learning how legal, regulatory, and commercial considerations interact in a global business. This role combines legal drafting, research, coordination, and project support, offering a broad and practical training experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with the drafting and review of legal and commercial agreements
- Supporting lawyers with client documentation and contractual processes
- Managing legal document execution and maintaining accurate records
- Conducting legal and regulatory research on a range of topics
- Supporting client‑focused projects and documentation updates
