About The Internship Program

Our Summer Intern Program is designed for high potential students, providing the opportunity to prepare for future success in impactful roles. From day one, interns will explore a collaborative and dynamic company culture and receive:

  • A structured learning and development program including specific job-related trainings, professional development, and soft skills training.
  • A buddy to offer experience, knowledge, and guidance throughout the internship.

Program Dates: 22 June 2026 – 28 August 2026. You must be available to participate in the program in person in the UK from day one and for its full duration, and you are required to work from the office 4 days a week.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will perform the following day-to-day activities:

  • Providing day-to-day support to the CRD Marketing team.
  • Interacting with management locally.
  • Managing campaigns and contact information in our CRM.
  • Collaborating with other teams within CRD across EMEA, APAC, and North America.
  • The role will entail some project management and coordination across multiple teams within Charles River.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic, engaging, and enthusiastic individual who wishes to gain experience within a marketing team in a financial services or software company. The role will have exposure to event marketing tactics (virtual and in-person events, campaigns, analytics, and thought leadership) but will also allow for exposure to Sales, Relation Management, Operations, and Product Management internally.

Education And Preferred Qualifications

Undergraduate students pursuing degrees in Business, Economics, Finance, or a Marketing-related field.
