The predicted salary is between 12 - 12 £ per hour.

MTM is currently offering an internship within the qualitative research team. The role is a 2‑3 month full‑time role paid at the London Living Wage (or the Real Living Wage if based in our Leeds office). We value candidates who are willing to get involved and work across a range of key clients (including the BBC, YouTube, Google, Channel 4, The Football Association, etc.). You would be helping with a range of tasks, including research, listening to interviews/focus groups, analysis, report writing, and participating in meetings. There is also the potential opportunity for the role to become permanent if successful, joining the team as a full‑time researcher following the internship.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level education required.
  • Research experience (theoretical or hands‑on) would be beneficial, but is not a requirement.
  • Curious and inquisitive minds.
  • Bright and enthusiastic candidates with a can‑do attitude.
  • A proactive and enquiring approach to work.
  • Passion for media, entertainment, and technology.
  • Open to working on a range of client accounts.
  • An interest in human behaviour/psychology.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and willing to come into our office at least 3 days per week.
