  • Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals
  • Confidence using Figma
  • Advanced or proficient level of English

What The Job Involves

  • Internship start date: 26 May 2026 (Tuesday) or 23 June 2026 (Tuesday)
  • Launch your career in Product Design, UX, and UI with a hands-on internship at Goodnotes
  • As a design intern, you will work on real problems, ship real work, and collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers
  • The B2B team builds Goodnotes for teams, organizations, and education partners. You will help design experiences for admins, teams, and shared workspaces, focusing on scalability, trust, and clarity
  • Design experiences for integrations, collaboration, and workspaces
  • Work on complex, real-world product problems with multiple user types
  • Collaborate closely with senior designers on structured product flows
  • Help evolve our design system for B2B use cases
  • Learn how enterprise needs differ from consumer products
  • Design in Figma, following and contributing to a shared design system
  • Support the full design process: exploration, wireframes, UI, and iteration
  • Run or assist with usability testing and synthesize insights
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers
  • Learn how high-quality product design ships in a real production environment

You will receive a chance to make a significant contribution to a product people already love. Our internships are only available for in-office positions but we will cover food and transportation. The internship will be for May/June 2026 and last 12 weeks.
