We are looking for commercially minded individuals wishing to pursue a career in Mergers & Acquisitions to support our growing London team. Under general supervision, Investment Banking Off‑Cycle interns are given a high level of responsibility on matters of business significance within a specific industry or product‑focused team. You will enhance your financial analysis skills, develop a deep understanding of capital markets and clients, and contribute ideas to projects with significant scope and impact. You are expected to work on all aspects of the transaction process, including conducting high‑level research, creating original work products, evaluating merger and acquisition scenarios, participating in presentations, drafting sessions, new business proposals, and due diligence meetings.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Prepare client materials, including presentations, market studies, company profiles, new business pitches and marketing materials.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industries, companies, investors, and market dynamics and deal activity.
  • Perform financial analyses and company valuations to support transaction recommendations.
  • Support the execution of M&A and financing transactions through process management, documentation, and due diligence.

Preferred Experience

  • You are a recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or are a student currently completing a gap year as part of your degree.
  • Previous experience in Investment Banking and/or Corporate Finance is a plus.
  • Available immediately for a period of 3 months (potential to be extended dependent on individual performance and team requirements).
