Who We’re Looking For?
We are seeking individuals who naturally align with our HEART values and demonstrate leadership potential.
Qualifications Required
- 112 UCAS points, which is equivalent to 3 A Levels (grades BBC or above) OR a recognised Level 3 Qualification
- Prior experience in a guest/customer facing role is desirable but not compulsory
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- A desire to grow, learn and take on responsibility
- Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the programme, and have been a resident in the UK for at least 3 years prior to the start date of the apprenticeship
How does it work?
- Rooms Division – 12 months
- Housekeeping | Concierge | Nights | Reception | Reservations
- You will develop a deep understanding of guest experience, learning how attention to detail, warmth and consistency create unforgettable stays.
- Food & Beverage – 12 months
- Room Service | Kitchen | Events | Restaurant | Bar
- You will work alongside passionate teams to deliver outstanding service, learning how collaboration, communication and leadership drive high-performing operations.
- Specialist Year – 12 months
- It is your chance to decide where your strengths are and start to build up those supervisory and leadership skills in the department that you are looking to continue your development.
- You will also participate in our award-winning learning and development trainings to enable you to emerge as a capable supervisor or manager upon completion of the programme.
Our apprentices work Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week, with 8 hours as a dedicated study day to attend university.
