About The Graduate Scheme
This is a full-time, structured development programme starting in January 2026. You will begin in front-line sales and fundraising, learning the foundation of our business, and then progress through different areas to gain a 360° understanding of operations and leadership. The scheme is ideal for graduates seeking a fast-paced, people-focused career with clear progression into management.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent national and international non-profit organisations at live events and pop-up locations
- Deliver face-to-face customer engagement and campaign promotion
- Learn core sales techniques, performance tracking, and compliance standards
- Support daily event operations and logistics
- Work alongside team leaders to understand campaign management
- Assist with onboarding and coaching new starters
- Participate in structured leadership and business training
- Contribute to team performance targets and campaign growth
- Progress into campaign supervision and team leadership responsibilities over time
Requirements
- We welcome applications from candidates who have recently graduated or are graduating in 2025/2026 (any discipline considered)
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are confident working in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment
- Are self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Are eager to learn business operations and leadership skills
- Can commit to full-time work from January 2026
- Are able to commute to central London
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
