We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented graduate to join our HR team as a Graduate HR Project Manager. This is a great opportunity to kick‑start your career in Human Resources while gaining hands‑on experience managing projects that shape the employee experience, drive operational excellence, and support strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects across various workstreams – track progress, follow up on actions, and update project plans accordingly.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, and ensure timely reporting on project milestones.
- Identify risks (including scope creep/risks to budgets) and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Lead various project calls covering different stakeholder groups (e.g., twice weekly stand‑up calls with the HR Technology team, weekly status report calls, weekly project calls).
- Prepare and support with the delivery of change management and communication strategies for HR initiatives.
- Prepare and manage agendas for cadence meetings.
