About The Role

As a Graduate Growth Analyst at Zima Dental, you’ll be at the heart of the performance of our global marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Analytics: Analyse campaign performance metrics to continuously seek opportunities and insights to drive strategies and locate incrementality.
  • Landing Page Conversion Optimisation: Lead initiatives focused on increasing landing page conversion rates and enhancing the digital customer journey through rigorous A/B testing and user experience improvements.
  • Content Strategy & Collaboration: Work closely with the content and editing team to strategise and create targeted, engaging digital content that drives customer acquisition and retention.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Help plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels including Meta, TikTok, Google, and more.
  • Drive Customer Lifetime Value: Increase LTV through acquisition strategy, offers, and new product launches, building long‑term value from the first touchpoint, not only post‑purchase.
  • Seasonal & BAU Offer Execution: Strategise compelling acquisition offers that effectively acquire customers throughout the year.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify competitor activities and new growth opportunities.
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide actionable insights and detailed reporting to senior leadership, guiding strategic decision‑making.
