Graduate Programme
Our graduate programme provides a clear pathway to becoming a Financial Adviser, empowering you to build a rewarding career while making a real difference in people’s lives. Over an 18‑month period you will gain insights and experience with our operations and paraplanning teams, and complete a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, preparing you for a seamless transition into a full‑time Financial Adviser role.
Support from Day One
From day one, you will receive extensive support, including a comprehensive induction programme, continuous on‑the‑job training and regular guidance from your graduate mentor.
Programme Structure
You will work closely with operations and paraplanning teams, and you will complete a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning over 18 months, with the goal of becoming a qualified Financial Adviser.
Entry Requirements
- A recent graduate with a strong academic record (2:1) in any field, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Keen to take ownership from an early stage and committed to providing excellent client service at all times.
- A strong multitasker capable of prioritising time between study and work.
