Job Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor communication campaigns to promote L&D offerings (virtual, in-person, hybrid programs) and other activities.
- Research, write, and publish creative content and articles for internal stakeholders and the L&D community.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas, directions, and tools for leadership and management programs.
- Partner with program directors and managers to drive communication plans and build awareness of LVMH House activities, programs, and events.
- Support team members with communication-related projects, including calendar management, presentation materials, proofreading, and editing.
- Maintain, analyze, and share metrics for all communication and marketing efforts to drive continuous improvement.
- Publish program evaluation dashboard after each event by analyzing in-depth the survey results.
Digital Communications Management & Learning Management System (LMS)
- Update learning offers on the website and LMS.
- Create, manage, and update learning program web pages on internal platform.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for training programs.
Program Data Analysis
- Analyze program data, including participant feedback, learning outcomes, and business impact metrics.
- Develop and deliver presentations based on data insights to inform leadership program stakeholders.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of leadership programs by identifying trends, areas for enhancement, and recommending data-driven solutions.
Program and Training Coordination
- Provide administrative support and coordination for employee trainings.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and implementation of various training programs, workshops, and meetings.
- Communicate with internal/external stakeholders worldwide to organize programs.
- Support L&D teams on ad-hoc projects.
- Perform day-to-day responsibilities to gain experience and contribute to project work.
Profile
- This role is for postgraduate candidates available to work full-time hours (Monday–Friday).
- Students should be in a Master’s 2 degree in HR and/or organizational psychology, communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a similar field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients & partners.
- Strong analytical skills (proficiency/experience in utilizing Excel pivot tables).
- Excellent grammar skills with copy editing/proofreading experience.
- Fluent English, native speaker strongly preferred, French appreciated.
- Passion for learning, professional development, cultural transformation, and future leadership.
- Proficiency in digital communication channels and tools (intranets, LinkedIn, LumApps, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, etc.).
- Tech and digital savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint & Excel) and design programs (Canva, Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro X appreciated).
- Attention to details with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Optimistic, proactive, and curious by nature.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn and tackle challenges.

- This role is based in London (UK).
- This is a 1-year internship, fixed-term contract.
- ‘Right-to-work in the UK’ is a requirement.
