The Analytics and Sales program is a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of Bloomberg products and clients in the wider context of financial markets. After a comprehensive training program, you will apply your knowledge by assisting our clients in the Analytics department. In this role, you will provide 24/7 support for Bloomberg Professional Service users worldwide, answering queries submitted via the ‘Instant Bloomberg’ chat system. You will respond to more than 12,000 questions a day in over 15 languages, helping portfolio managers, traders and other professionals to maximize the value of Bloomberg’s products.

Bloomberg is constantly innovating, and Analytics plays a key role in ensuring clients are educated on new products and enhancements. You will work closely with Sales to deliver strategic initiatives, support product roll‑out and onboard clients, and ensure they can use tools and features to work smarter.

As you deepen your knowledge, you will have the opportunity to enter our sales department. We are the face of Bloomberg for our clients, managing relationships, growing revenue, and identifying new business opportunities by understanding client workflows and presenting the most appropriate solutions across our enterprise offerings.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Business fluency in Spanish, in addition to English (written and verbal)

  • Ability to multitask and resolve client inquiries while proactively identifying sustainable workflow solutions for clients
