What You'll Do
As a Food & Beverage Management Graduate, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- Spend 12 months learning every aspect of the Food & Beverage Division while shadowing our leadership team.
- Complete two 6‑month rotations in operational departments such as bar, restaurants, or Events Operations, and have the opportunity to be involved in other aspects of the business such as employee events.
- Receive a buddy and a mentor to guide you through your year with us.
The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Food & Beverage Graduate, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
- Operational hours are shift‑based and may be subject to change. Current schedule:
- Monday to Saturday: 06:00 – 01:15
