Who we're looking for
We're always on the lookout for ambitious individuals who are ready to launch an impactful career in Data and AI. We are looking for candidates that meet the following:
- A 2:1 degree or higher in any discipline (STEM or non‑STEM) excluding Computer Science.
- A passion for problem‑solving and technology.
- Strong communication, collaboration and adaptability skills.
- The right to work in the UK.
Salary & progression
You'll receive a £32,250 starting salary when you begin your first client project. Before that, you’ll complete 15 weeks of fully salaried training (£24,500 pro rata), giving you the skills and confidence to succeed before you step into your first role. From there, your salary increases regularly as you progress:
- 0–6 months (on client): £32,250
- 6–12 months: £33,250
- 12–18 months: £42,500*
- 18–24 months: £45,000*
*Subject to performance milestones. Beyond the two‑year programme, consultants typically progress to £60,000+.
