Who We Are

At Impact Consulting, we’re not just about business, we’re about shaping careers and changing lives. We partner with forward-thinking universities to provide real-world projects/placements/internships for students to undertake as part of their degree. Through these projects, we’re bridging the gap between academia and industry.

The Business Development Graduate Role

  • Uncover each organisation’s challenges and position how hosting a student project can provide value and impact.
  • Pitch and sell the opportunity to host a project, while assessing each company’s suitability as a partner.
  • Convert interest into confirmed project briefs by shaping the company’s challenges into clear, actionable projects for students.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to handover of projects to our university partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2.1 or higher university degree, ideally in a Business/Engineering or Technology related subject, however this is not mandatory.
