As part of the Investment20/20 programme, you will be introduced to investment management and gain industry knowledge, experience and develop relationships to progress your career. Team
The UK Client Capital team sits at the heart of Savills IM’s capital raising and investor relations activities. It works closely with institutional investors and consultants worldwide, managing all aspects of client engagement, business development and marketing communications.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the creation, development and maintenance of high‑quality PowerPoint presentations used with institutional investors and consultants;
- Assisting in building and managing a central library of slides, ensuring consistency, accuracy and alignment with the Savills IM brand;
- Helping update marketing materials including fund teasers, pitchbooks and market insights;
- Assisting in maintaining and updating new business pipeline reports and internal management reporting;
- Supporting research into new client segments, consultants and investor targets;
- Assisting with meeting preparation, including logistics, materials and follow‑up actions;
- Maintaining accurate records of client and prospect interactions, supporting CRM updates;
- Supporting responses to client and consultant queries, including assisting with RFPs and due diligence questionnaires;
- Helping ensure client data, materials and documentation are accurate and up to date;
- Contributing to improving internal processes, organisation of materials and team efficiency;
- Supporting coordination of internal and external meetings or events;
- Working collaboratively with teams across the business.
Skills and Requirements
- A genuine interest in real estate, investment management or financial markets;
- High attention to detail, particularly in written work and presentations;
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Clear communication skills and willingness to learn;
- A proactive attitude and positive approach to problem solving;
- No prior experience in real estate or financial services is required;
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
