Your Opportunity, Your Team

As a graduate at QVC, you'll be at the heart of a very different approach to retail.

We sell on TV and across digital, not in store, and that makes life so much more dynamic.

If you're used to planning how much you'll sell in a week, with us you'll plan for the next ten minutes.

You will report into the A/B Testing Specialist, and you will be supporting the onsite optimisation team across several markets.

  • Where You'll Work
  • This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our head office in Chiswick Park, West London, 2 days a week (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

What You'll Do

Over the 12-month Graduate Scheme you will be integrated into our Digital Store environment and you will be supporting all A/B Testing Operations.

You'll be given full exposure to our business, starting with a panoramic view of the business.

You will learn about how and what it takes to be an A/B Testing Specialist at QVC with global business exposure.

What You'll Bring

You've Obtained (no Earlier Than 2024) Or You're In The Final Year Of Your Degree, In One Of The Following Subjects

  • Digital
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Engineering
  • Economics
  • Mathematics
  • Finance

Trend aware, you'll be passionate about products and working in a retail head office, putting our customer at the centre of all you do.

You will demonstrate that you are self-motivated and flexible in your approach to learning about our business.

You'll have the confidence to communicate with your team and the wider business.

At QVC, we welcome ideas, so the ability to think entrepreneurially and put your hand up when there's an opportunity to get involved in a new project will be valuable.

You'll also need good PC (Microsoft Word and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)) and the ability to present to your team or the wider business.

Strong Digital skills are also essential.

If you can bring all that, there's a clear path for you to progress and develop, and we'll help you on the way.
