Programme Overview
Our 2026 Summer Internship Programme runs for 10 weeks, starting on Monday 15 June and finishing on Friday 21st August 2026. This internship is designed to give you a unique introduction to the Asset Management industry and offers valuable insight into how your chosen department operates within Schroders. We are only accepting applications from penultimate year students graduating in 2027.

Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications We’re Looking For
- An honours degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Land Economy, Geography, or a closely related field is required. Other degree subjects will not be considered.
- You will be in your penultimate year of study. Unfortunately, we no longer accept applications from final year students considering further studies (i.e Masters) upon completion of undergraduate course.
- A good working knowledge of document production software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to understand our target audiences.
