At Biffa, we’re looking for ambitious graduates to join Biffa as Operations Graduates, developing the skills and experience needed to progress into a Business Manager role. This structured programme will give you hands‑on exposure to managing people, resources, and client relationships—ensuring operations are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with financial targets and contractual requirements.

- Contract & Client Management – understanding contracts, managing client relationships, identifying improvements, and delivering social value.
