As a CGI Technical Graduate, you’ll be trusted with responsibility from the start. You will help clients improve how technology services are designed, delivered, and experienced. Working across Service Management, SIAM, user experience, AI‑enabled service improvement, and enterprise tooling including ServiceNow and Freshworks, you’ll support projects that drive real business impact.

Future Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support service transformation and improvement initiatives across a range of client projects.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and service specialists to improve processes, enhance user experiences, and contribute to the delivery of effective and efficient services.

You Will

  • Support service management and transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
  • Contribute to service improvement and user experience initiatives.
  • Analyse service data and operational insights.
  • Support continual service improvement activities.
  • Develop knowledge of SIAM, ITILv4, and enterprise tooling.
  • Communicate ideas and recommendations clearly and professionally.

Locations

Technical Graduate - Service Advisory roles are available in London and Leeds. As CGI is a consultancy, you may be required to work in different locations, so adaptability and a willingness to travel are key.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum 2:2 degree in computer science, engineering, physics, maths, or a related STEM field (some roles may require a 2:1).

  • Confident and professional approach with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel and work on projects across the UK.
  • Eligibility for Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with many roles requiring higher National Security Vetting.
