Your First Year
- Start in an operational role within one of Reed Group’s three areas: Reed, Reed in Partnership, or Reed.co.uk.
- Engage in hands‑on work, matching clients with candidates or supporting individuals in overcoming employment barriers.
- Participate in a comprehensive 3‑day induction at the Reed Business School in the Cotswolds.
- Receive industry‑leading training and development opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher.
- A motivated and results‑driven attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development.
