About You

Qualifications
- A degree in any subject, ideally related to mathematics/economics/business
- You will need to be an upcoming or recent university graduate
Skills
- A desire to work towards professional qualification
- Analytical capability coupled with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
- Motivated self-starter with a can‑do attitude and lots of enthusiasm
- Team player with open communication when working with others
Your Development

- Study support towards Chartered Institute of Insurance qualifications and up to Degree level
- Experience of working at one of the world's largest insurance brokers, as well as building an understanding of all that takes place to achieve market leading performance
What We Offer
We are committed to you and your career, so our graduate roles are permanent roles from the day your probation period is completed. Once you’ve completed your programme, we’ll work with you to understand where your interests and strengths are and will work with you to decide which of the departments you’ll work within on a permanent basis.
