What is Accounting Advisory and Assurance? Our Accounting Advisory and Assurance teams provide businesses with a broad range of accounting advice. Depending on the team you join you could be supporting major business transactions and transformations or delivering assurance services on financial and non-financial information such as risk controls or information relating to Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) reporting.
KPMG Accounting Advisory and Assurance Graduate Programme
You’ll Join One Of The Four Following Areas:
- Accounting Advisory Services, where you’ll offer guidance to businesses on the latest developments in accounting standards.
- Environmental Social Governance Assurance, where we help businesses to meet the assurance requirements of rapidly changing regulatory standards.
- Controls Assurance, where you’ll assess how well our clients operate their business processes, helping them to become aware of potential risks and build customer confidence.
- Transactions Assurance, where you’ll help support businesses prepare for major transactions like mergers, acquisitions or listing on a public stock exchange.
Whichever team you join, you’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other KPMG teams including Financial and Technology Audit, Transaction Services, Consulting, Corporate Finance and Tax.
Training and Benefits
Over the three-year programme you’ll combine client delivery and study towards a professional qualification – the ACA, or CA equivalent in Scotland.
