Responsibilities include leading and managing the business degree apprenticeship portfolio, including the Retail Leadership Degree Apprenticeship. Plan, review, deliver, and assess contemporary modules, expanding the portfolio where appropriate. Engage in course development and lecturing activities, providing inspirational leadership and practical management.
Qualifications:
- Master’s level qualification in Marketing or related field.
- Robust track record of industry-relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with academics, employer partners, and other stakeholders.
- Experience with apprenticeships and/or retail knowledge is an advantage.
- Must achieve UKPSF recognition before the end of probation.
Staff are expected to be on campus for the majority of the working week. Candidates must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
