What You’ll Do as a PMO Analyst
- Governance & Process: Maintaining frameworks and standards for project delivery
- Planning & Control: Updating project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Budgeting & Business Cases: Tracking budgets and supporting business case development
- Risk Management: Managing RAID logs and mitigating delivery risks
- Reporting & Quality Assurance: Producing performance reports and ensuring high standards
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinating meetings and building solid relationships
