About Our Program

You’ll be joining in a JD Star (JDS) Graduate Role, a semi‑structured early‑career pathway designed to accelerate young professionals whilst making an impact in your role at JD. com.

Over your first year, you’ll take on meaningful projects, build technical and leadership skills, and gain exposure to the world‑class functions driving JD’s global growth.

As a JD Star Graduate Account Manager, you won’t just be managing existing relationships—you will be the driving force expanding our Joybuy cross‑border marketplace ecosystem.

You will scout, pitch, negotiate with, and onboard top‑tier brands and merchants across Europe, helping them navigate complex international e‑commerce landscapes.

We’ll be sure to give you the learning and support you need to thrive in this high‑impact, fast‑paced commercial role that blends data analytics with proactive sales execution.

  • Proactive Merchant Acquisition: Conduct targeted outreach, market mapping, and business development to identify potential high‑value sellers for the Joybuy platform.
  • Creative Pitching & Negotiation: Overcome merchant objections regarding logistics, compliance, and platform costs by confidently positioning our strategic advantages and ROI.
