Sparta Global is looking for passionate individuals who want to kickstart a career in technology. You will complete full‑time training in our Java Automation Engineer programme and then be assigned to a junior role as a 'Spartan' consultant.
Responsibilities
- Work within a cross‑functional team to develop software with a focus on testability and performance.
- Set up full testing frameworks to execute thousands of tests across mobile, desktop, and web platforms.
- Participate in unit, functional, performance, and regression testing.
Program Overview
- Learn: Full‑time Academy training delivered remotely, paid from day one.
- Work: After training, become a 'Spartan' consultant and work with clients as a Java Automation Engineer.
- Grow: Work with a client for up to 24 months, access upskilling and salary increases; may convert to a full‑time employee with the employer.
