The Global Institutional Business team is in charge of developing and building relationships with Banks, Asset Managers & Insurers established in the UK.
About The Job
The intern will be supporting Senior Bankers, performing the following tasks:
- Financial analysis of covered clients
- Prepare credit requests in order to present financing opportunities to committees and calculation of deals’ profitability
- Prepare and coordinate pitches for FIG clients on various subjects
- Prepare client notes ahead of meetings to the bankers
- Punctual sector-based analysis and weekly review of sector news
- Interaction with product teams based in UK and Madrid (DCM, Global Markets, Lending, Transaction Banking, etc.)
- Assist senior bankers with intelligence in the normal course of business
- Commercial activity monitoring through Salesforce (Visits, Pipeline, etc.)
