Eligibility

What You Will Experience
- Support the International Real Estate investment platform by contributing to portfolio and market analysis, investment evaluation, and strategic initiatives across Investments, Asset Management, and Research
- Support investment analysis and due diligence activities by assisting with data collection, financial review, and preparation of investment materials
- Gain exposure to financial modeling and valuation analysis, supporting cash flow projections and investment performance assessments
- Collate information to create and maintain reports and presentations for various business forums and audiences
- Maintain project roadmaps and backlogs
- Organize team SharePoint sites, MS Teams channels, and other digital documentation
- Assist in the development and documentation of processes and best practices
- Assist with organizing and scheduling team meetings
- Provide administrative and operational support as required
- Perform other duties as required
What You Will Bring
- Graduated within the past 18 months or graduating prior to the start date from a bachelor’s or master’s program with a degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Mathematics/Statistics
- Previous experience working with a real‑estate company or investment banking firm is desirable; a strong interest in developing a career within real estate is essential.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail‑oriented and comfortable working with complex data sets
- Experience with financial modeling and an interest in applying financial analysis to real‑estate investment decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate key insights, themes, and recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with AI‑enabled tools to support research, analysis, or productivity is considered an asset
- Highly proactive and collaborative, with the ability to take direction, work independently, and move projects forward
