We are seeking a proactive and organised Industrial Placement Officer to join our college in London. You will build strong relationships with employers, source high-quality placement opportunities, and support students in securing meaningful industry experience. The successful candidate will work closely with curriculum teams to ensure placements meet course requirements and employer expectations. You will monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and health & safety standards.
Excellent communication, networking, and organisational skills are essential, along with a passion for helping young people achieve their career goals. Experience in employer engagement, careers, education, or work-based learning is desirable. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact by connecting education with industry.
