We are looking for individuals who are passionate about technology and innovation, and who are eager to launch their careers in the IT and consulting industry. You will be joining a team, supporting one of our largest UK public sector clients. You’ll learn from experienced professionals, sharing experiences and building connections to support your development. You’ll contribute to the delivery of impactful solutions, whether through technical implementation, business analysis, or functional consulting. This may involve working on digital transformation programmes, developing new products, or enhancing existing services through multi-disciplinary teams.
Your Role
As an Industrial Placement, no two days will be the same. You’ll be working on live projects with a public sector client, gaining exposure to either our consulting or technical teams. This is a chance to apply what you’ve learned in university to real-world challenges, whether you’re helping shape strategic decisions or contributing to innovative tech solutions. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals, build your network, and develop skills that will set you apart in your future career.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define business or technical requirements.
- Translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Supporting the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions in partnership with architects, developers, and subject matter experts.
- Playing a key role in agile teams, contributing to planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Building solid relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs.
- Staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies and identifying opportunities to drive innovation, such as applying Generative AI to improve business processes.
