We’re looking for a driven graduate to join our Support Team for a 6–12 month placement, with a clear development path toward promotion to Implementation Manager. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in SaaS customer success, build strong customer-facing skills, and develop a deep understanding of Uptick’s platform and operations.
You Are

Phase 1: Support Team (6–12 months)
- Provide first-line support to customers, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Uptick’s platform, features, and use cases.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them through best practices.
- Document common issues and contribute to our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
Phase 2: Implementation Manager (Post-Support)
- Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new customers.
- Deliver training sessions and help customers integrate Uptick into their operations.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to drive long-term retention.
- Analyse customer usage data to optimise the onboarding process.
