Who you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll get involved in a wide variety of HR activities, including:

  • Exposure to industry‑leading HR systems such as Workday and Cascade.
  • HR administration, reporting, and payroll processes, and play an active role in enhancing the employee experience across the business.
  • Managing workflows to support compliance processes (Right to Work checks, service milestones, etc.).

Requirements

  • Full UK right to work
  • Be a recent graduate with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data and IT systems (especially Excel)
  • HR experience is a bonus but an interest in HR is essential — we’re looking for enthusiasm and potential.
