Key Responsibilities in Brand

Graduate Trainee Design Assistants play an important role within the design department ensuring that key materials for our products, brands, websites, and other customer requirements are generated, well-maintained and updated on an ongoing basis.

  • Create and maintain visual content for company products, such as images. This involves using Adobe Photoshop to process, edit, retouch, and design 3D packaging renders for the products.
  • Offering high-resolution imagery and expertly made Adobe Photoshop pieces tailor-made for our e-commerce platforms.
  • Typesetting and creating print-ready instruction manual artwork for print, using a combination of templates and brand knowledge.
  • Assist with creative administrative tasks to support the production of artwork materials.

This role provides excellent training opportunities to improve your overall and technical design knowledge, while gaining the necessary experience to develop a prolonged career in the world of design whether it be as a Creative Artworker or a Graphic Designer.

What We Look For

Requirements

Candidates must be ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic with an interest in pursuing a career in a leading international business. Application requirements:

  • A degree essential at 2:1 or above. Graphic Design is preferred.
  • Minimum 6-12 months experience either full-time or part-time
  • The most important bit is your talent, determination, and drive, bring that with you and we can provide you with the tools to succeed
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is preferred.
  • Assertive and confident with a proactive approach to work
  • Local to Greater Manchester
