As a graduate designer, you will have the opportunity to kick‑start your UX/UI career by contributing to digital experiences for some of the world’s biggest brands. You’ll work alongside a growing team, learning quickly and collaborating closely with experienced designers to gain hands‑on project experience across both UX and UI disciplines. Responsibilities
- Receive support from senior UX designers and the wider team, while also taking ownership of projects and developing quickly.
- Identify user pain points and contribute to effective UX solutions that enhance journeys and experiences.
- Apply UX methodologies such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and usability feedback to address design challenges.
- Contribute to UI design in Figma, ensuring visual consistency, accessibility (WCAG standards), and brand alignment.
- Maintain a customer‑centric approach by anticipating end‑user needs and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, project teams, and other designers to implement and refine solutions.
- Assist in managing client communication and project updates, building skills in client relationship management.
- Work closely with senior UX designers to achieve team goals, maintain design quality, and enhance design processes.
About the Candidate
- You’re pursuing a degree in Design, Business, IT, or a related subject.
- Demonstrates a strong portfolio showcasing user‑centred design work.
- Shows a genuine passion for UX/UI and user‑centred design principles.
- Curious and eager to learn, with enthusiasm for tackling real‑world design challenges.
- Comfortable with the fundamentals of both UX and UI design.
