Department Description: Marex Technology delivers efficiency, scalability, and security for the business. The Design team focuses on the strategy, design, and production of high-quality and consistent creative output across the Marex group, including brand, websites, and sales and marketing collateral.

Role Summary: As a new graduate, you will provide support for visual design capabilities across the Marex group worldwide, maintaining consistency of design for Investor/Client/Staff related material including brochures, events, and brand collateral. Graphic design abilities will be required for managing the rollout and ongoing creation of collateral for new corporate branding.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Production of business documents for sales teams, including brochures, events, and social media.
  • Managing and contributing to our brand design system and guidelines.
  • Sourcing and/or creating stock imagery and video footage.

Standard Responsibilities for all Roles:

  • Ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under the FCA.
  • Adhering to the operational risk framework for your role.
  • Demonstrating the highest level standards of integrity and conduct.
  • Complying with the FCA’s Code of Conduct.
  • Reporting any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor.
  • Escalating risk events immediately.
  • Providing input to risk management processes as required.

Ideal Degree Types: Interaction Design, Product Design, UX Design, Design Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Creative Computing. Applications outside of these degree types will still be considered.

Skills And Experience:

  • Degree educated 2:1 or higher.
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or similar software.
  • Ability to use and create templates in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in motion design and video content production.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment.
  • Academic or placement projects involving product or interface design.
  • Any internship or work placement in a product company, fintech, or technology environment.
  • Personal or side projects that show initiative.
  • Familiarity with working inside or alongside a design system.
