How do we do this?
You'll join our 15-week full-time programme that's led by expert coaches.
It's a hands-on, supportive environment where you'll learn everything from coding fundamentals and data analytics to professional excellence within collaborative high-performance teams.
After completing your training, we'll look to place you in a full-time role with one of our brilliant client organisations for two years.
By the end of the programme, you'll have the experience and skills needed to secure permanent offers, promotions and long-term success.
To demonstrate this, over 90% of our consultants receive permanent job offers from the clients they work with, receiving average salaries exceeding £50,000.
What do we offer?
- Award-winning free training with no prior technical experience required.
- A collaborative and supportive environment where learning curves are expected, questions are encouraged, and success is built together.
- A full-time role at a leading client, earning £30k in year one and £38k in year two.
- Career coaching and support for development and promotion across 2-years.
- A strong peer and mentor community, with regular social and learning events - during training and beyond.
At Sigma Labs, we believe in potential over perfection.
Whether you studied philosophy or physics, whether you've coded before or just started exploring it - if you have a problem-solving mindset, a curiosity to learn, and the motivation to do meaningful work to help others, we'd love to hear from you.
We're now recruiting for our October Cohort and applications close in early August, but we encourage you to apply early as places are limited.
Please note that as a mission-driven company, we have clear eligibility criteria to ensure we can fully support every participant.
