Romford (hybrid working available) Mobiess, part of the Bellrock Group, develops Asset, Facilities Management, and Compliance Auditing software for the UK and beyond. We have exciting opportunities for a Graduate Software Onboarding Consultant. As a graduate, you will be part of a team of experienced professionals, learning from the best and contributing to impactful projects. You must thrive under pressure, understand client needs, and help implement our Mobile Solutions while leveraging data insights. As a Consultant, you will bring clients' data to life through integration and reporting tools, applying project management principles. We value flexibility and diverse experience, shaping roles to fit individual strengths.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and define business requirements.
- Map business needs to client software solutions.
- Recommend software enhancements and implementation strategies.
- Document business requirements, issues, and process improvements.
- Design and configure mobile-friendly templates using Survey Designer tools considering the end user usability while capturing minimum data requirements of the customer.
- Design and develop output-based reports using SQL and dashboard tools.
- Design and configure data workflows to fulfil customer requirements using Survey Designer tools.
- Train, support, and advise clients on mobile applications and workflows.
- Ensure timely delivery of key project tasks and milestones.
- Set and manage customer expectations regarding project scope, project tasks and timelines.
- Assess technical design, quality issues, and process improvements.
- Collaborate on workflow processes and testing plans.
- Work closely with the Operations Director to plan, manage, and communicate the progress of projects and potential risks in the delivery.
Skills And Experience
- Eligible for or previously held SC and NPPV2 security clearance.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for effective communication with customers and management.
- Ability to explain complex systems to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making.
- Full, clean driving license.
Desirable
- Database knowledge, preferably MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Proven ability to manage multiple small/medium projects simultaneously and lead large projects from initiation to completion.
- Ability to lead customer workshops sessions.
- Project management certification (e.g., APM PFQ/PMQ, PMI PMP).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
- Background in software training.
- Experience in application support or software implementation.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles, especially Agile and Prototype approaches.
- Familiarity with XML and RESTful API architectures.
Working Arrangements
