Role Overview
Dive into a dynamic, client-centric role where your primary objective is to bridge top-tier investment firms with industry-leading professionals across Europe and North America. Our Academy programme and Career Growth Framework are designed to transform you into an industry expert. With uncapped commission, earnings of £100k within 2–3 years are achievable, and some top performers exceed £300k.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with industry leaders to ensure precise matches for clients’ distinct roles.
- Employ lateral and innovative thinking; conduct deep company research to identify top talent.
- Blend research with personalised content and modern marketing strategies to spark conversations and convene the right people.
- Conduct in-person, phone, and video assessments to evaluate aptitude, experience, and fit against client expectations.
- Develop long-term, high-value professional relationships over time.

Minimum Benchmarks
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong academics: 2.1 or higher, ideally in Business, Social Sciences, Economics, Humanities, or similar.
- 3–12 months of tangible professional experience.
- Evidence of leadership and/or standout extracurricular achievements.
- Availability to start a London-based full-time position from 2 September 2025.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive starting salary of £26,000 per year. Promotion is based on development and output; upon promotion, base salary increases to £33,000.
- Uncapped commission; after ~12 months of strong performance, £100k total compensation is common. Top performers exceed £300k.
- Two annual incentive trips (winter and summer) for top performers.
- 25 days’ holiday plus UK bank holidays; accrue an extra day each year up to 30 days. Offices scale back for two weeks over Christmas without affecting holiday allowance.

- Three-month paid sabbatical every five years of service.

Interview Process
- Online Screening Interview (30 minutes): An introduction to you and to us.
- Off-Site Case Study (2 hours): Experience a component of the role and showcase your approach.
- Case Study Debrief Call (60 minutes): Discuss your thinking and meet more of the team.
- Final On-Site Interview & Presentation (2 hours): Meet additional team members, explore fit, and ask questions.
Work Environment
- We are growing our team but do not currently sponsor visas.
- Core hours are 08:30–18:00; collaboration with international clients may require flexibility beyond conventional hours.
- We value in-office collaboration: 4–5 days per week in the office is encouraged for learning and growth. After probation, occasional remote work is available for travel or personal needs.
