Your Role
As a Graduate Search Consultant you will work client‑centric, bridging top‑tier investment firms with industry professionals across Europe and North America. Your work will be fully autonomous yet supported by leadership and a comprehensive Academy programme designed to accelerate your growth into an industry expert.
Responsibilities
- Engage with industry leaders to secure the best talent for our clients’ distinct roles.
- Conduct lateral and innovative research to identify the sector’s brightest professionals.
- Combine research with personalised content and cutting‑edge marketing to spark conversations and bring the right people together.
- Build long‑term professional relationships through in‑person meetings, calls or video over time.

- Develop research, sales, strategic marketing, negotiation and project‑management skills.
- Lead pivotal searches that shape the future of globally renowned investment firms.
- Excel in a results‑driven, collaborative workspace that values camaraderie and collective growth.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English.
- Academic record of 2.1 or higher, ideally in Business, Social Sciences, Economics, Humanities or a related field.
- 3–12 months of relevant professional experience.
- Evidence of leadership or outstanding extracurricular activities.
- Ready to start a London‑based full‑time position from 2nd September 2025.

Interview Process
- Online screening interview (30 minutes).

Workspace Dynamics
- No visa sponsorship; we currently do not sponsor visas.
- Standard working hours are 08:30‑18:00, but flexibility outside those hours is expected for international client engagement.
- Team presence at the office 4–5 days a week is encouraged; post‑probation remote work may be arranged for occasional travel or personal matters.
