Your Career Journey
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you’ll embark on a structured training programme designed to equip you with the skills to sell recruitment and talent consulting services to business leaders in the engineering and technical sectors. You will:
- Learn how to identify and engage decision-makers, building trusted relationships with clients
- Develop expertise in selling recruitment and talent consulting solutions
- Support client accounts and negotiate commercial agreements
- Gain hands-on experience with advanced recruitment technology and automation tools
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
Role
Once you have mastered the art of selling our services, you’ll transition into an Executive Recruiter role, where you will:
- Source and assess top sales and leadership talent for mid to senior-level positions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate search to placement
- Deliver exceptional results for our clients and candidates
