The Role
As a Graduate SDR, you’ll play an important role in our sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline of nurtured and qualified leads to sell our agency services offering and ASK BOSCO, our award-winning SaaS AI Marketing Intelligence Platform.

As a Graduate SDR, you’ll play an important role in our sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline of nurtured and qualified leads to sell our agency services offering and ASK BOSCO, our award-winning SaaS AI Marketing Intelligence Platform.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Be To
- Consistently meet agreed targets of qualified leads that are passed to Senior BDM’s to result in meetings booked.
- Research and identify target client accounts and industries aligned with our SaaS software and agency services.
- Use a mix of outbound strategies – email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calls, to connect with prospects and streamline lead generation efforts.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile, to engage with prospects and understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Foster strong relationships through personalised, meaningful communication.
- Schedule high-quality meetings/demos for Senior BDMs.
- Provide detailed insights and notes on prospects to ensure a seamless handover to the BDM team. Accurately log all activities, interactions, and updates.
- Monitor and maintain your pipeline to ensure consistent lead flow.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and optimise campaigns for lead conversion.
- Regularly analyse performance metrics to refine outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings and share insights and feedback to help improve overall sales strategies.
- Participate in ongoing sales training.
How We Will Support You
- You will be supported to ensure you become familiar with the tools needed (HubSpot, Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach automation platforms) to help you succeed at the job very quickly. We have a content library and sales playbook so you can get up-to-speed in a short period of time.
- You’ll work with an experienced team who will be happy to help you learn along the way.
- The teams’ combined role is to ensure you are coached and supported throughout, to be in the best possible position to succeed and meet or exceed your own sales targets.
- This role has the potential for career progression into a Business Development Executive role.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Knowledge and an interest in SaaS and digital agency services.
- Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Mindset: A self-starter with a results-driven approach with a zest for learning.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to shared goals.
- Mindset & Coachability: A can-do attitude with a proactive approach, ability to demonstrate a hunger for relationship building, learning and self-development.
- Desirable: Familiarity with B2B sales cycles. Experience within a fast-paced, high-growth environment or any experience selling SaaS software/martech/agency services.
