Responsibilities
- Trained to be a specialist head hunter taking ownership, running an entrepreneurial desk.
- Source the best tech talent, set up interviews, take feedback, negotiate and close offers for mid‑senior level IT professionals.
- Follow a clear performance‑based career plan to progress as soon as possible, moving to the next level when sales targets are achieved.
- Enjoy luxury incentives such as Lunch Club and Trips Abroad, and after the standard probation period access 10 days of “work anywhere.”
Qualifications
- Professional, positive, confident phone manner with fluent English.
- Ambitious, motivated, competitive, coachable, resilient personality.
- Commutable to Newcastle Office (5 min walk Central/Monument).
- Some sales skills (Property, Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service).
- (Optional) Fluent Nordic/Polish language skills is a bonus.
