What does a Graduate Project Manager do at Grayce?
Role
You’ll be placed on-site with one of our clients, working as part of their project delivery teams. Your role will focus on:
- Supporting project delivery from planning through to execution and evaluation.
- Managing timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitoring and reporting project progress to senior managers.
- Helping to define scope, break down tasks and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Finding smart solutions to blockers and bottlenecks.
- Learning and applying industry tools such as Critical Path Analysis, Resource Planning, and Agile or Waterfall methodology.
As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll be the glue that holds the project together. A key contact who keeps everything on track, ensures everyone’s aligned and communicates progress clearly to all stakeholders.
