Graduate Programme OverviewWe are recruiting for our Graduate Programme starting in September 2026. This two‐year rotational programme offers real work, expert mentorship, and the chance to explore different areas of our business. From day one, you\’ll be supported, challenged, and empowered to make a real impact.

Your CareerGain hands‐on experience across key areas of the business, including Marketing, Sales, Product, Software Development, and Professional Services. Through structured placements and strategic project work, you\’ll develop a well‐rounded skill set and a deep understanding of how a successful technology business operates.

Your TeamThroughout each rotation, you\’ll be supported by experienced managers and collaborate with cross‐functional teams. You\’ll liaise with customers—potentially including site visits—and contribute meaningfully to live projects. In addition to your core responsibilities, you\’ll help coordinate MHR\’s sustainability initiatives, working with internal stakeholders and partner charities to deliver impactful campaigns and events.
