Graduate Programme OverviewWe are recruiting for our Graduate Programme starting in September 2026. This twoâyear rotational programme offers real work, expert mentorship, and the chance to explore different areas of our business. From day one, you\âll be supported, challenged, and empowered to make a real impact.
Your CareerGain handsâon experience across key areas of the business, including Marketing, Sales, Product, Software Development, and Professional Services. Through structured placements and strategic project work, you\âll develop a wellârounded skill set and a deep understanding of how a successful technology business operates.
Your TeamThroughout each rotation, you\âll be supported by experienced managers and collaborate with crossâfunctional teams. You\âll liaise with customersâpotentially including site visitsâand contribute meaningfully to live projects. In addition to your core responsibilities, you\âll help coordinate MHR\âs sustainability initiatives, working with internal stakeholders and partner charities to deliver impactful campaigns and events.
