Your Role
We are seeking a Graduate Process Engineer to join our 2026 Graduate Programme in Exeter. You will contribute to high-profile projects locally and nationally, developing your technical skills alongside senior engineers and gaining exposure to the water industry. Project work spans wastewater treatment, water recycling, and clean water solutions, with a strong focus on nature-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret data to inform project decisions.
- Contribute to the design and development of engineering solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Support work across the full project lifecycle, from optioneering through detailed design and implementation.
- Participate in site visits and investigations to broaden practical understanding (where applicable).
About You
